Relax, and don't forget to read

College’s out! For! Summer!

Those famed words from rocker Alice Cooper are ringing loud and clear these days as the 2009-10 Alma Mater year concludes and we dive into summer vacation.

Sure, we want to dive into fun and have fun and forget about books, numbers and other school work, but educators are encouraging parents to keep instructive efforts in mind over the summer and not stowed away until September.

Case in point, my daughter’s educational institution district sent home a suggested summer reading list. It is suggested that the students presume from the titles listed under the grade that they just completed.

Reading isn’t that bad, right? In points, it can be downright fun. It can take us on adventures through words and, for most youngsters’ books, pictures. It can spark imaginations, get inventive juices flowing and inspire us to dream, think and do things. For little ones, it adds to their vocabulary and increases the amount of words that they can assume from.

Hey!!
Yeah, this music is veryy psychotic, uhmm, Metallica, The Clash, The Rolling Stones, U2, The Kinks, Sex Pistols, Cheap Trick, David Bowie, The Who, The Suspect Who, Bob Dylan, John Mellancamp, Bruce Springsteen, CCR, BTO, April Wine, Trooper, Rush, Genesis, Cruise, Fleetwood Mac, ZZ top, The Ramones, Mott the Hoople, Sweet... and tons more. :) There is also a LOT of one hit wonders in this music... so i make one think listening to a radio station. This type of rock is more or less known as "Classic Rock". I animate in toronto, and there is this music station here called Q107... thats where i learned and heard a lot of this music. I listened to it growing up.

Aspire this helps! And msg. me if you need any more band names...

What? AC/DC is too lull so is Jim Hendrix, and the doors TWF man do you look up the music you listen to, and Classic rock is the best rock

AC/DC IS THE The Creator OF ALL ROCK
I can't believe you said that

Do you think that the music industry is crap right now?

First of all I'm not saying that all bands are bad revenge now, that is not what I am saying at all. What I am saying though, is that the industry has pretty much spewed out these mainstream crap bands/singers that trill about the same thing (they don't even write their own songs sometimes and they usually sing about love) and have hardly any talent at all. Right now all that mainstream music is about is amity, sex, and breaking up. What happened to awesome songs like Welcome To The Jungle by Guns n Roses and We Are The Champions by Beauty queen, or Enter Sandman by Metallica? We just do not have bands of that quality anymore. Let's face it. Right now there is not a orchestra that can measure up to greats like Aerosmith, Guns N Roses, Queen, Blue Oyster Cult, Alice Cooper, Ted Nugent, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Ozzy Osbourne, Led Zeppelin, Gallivant, Joe Satriani, Motley Crue, Skid Row..... Just to name a few because I could go on all day :) It's just a little sad when you ruminate over about it, that there isn't good quality music anymore. I also think that it is pathetic the way that the word Rock and Rockstar are acclimatized today. Everyone is now called a rockstar if they are in the music industry. I'm sorry, but if you are a rap artist then you are most definitely not a rockstar. People who are notable because they are in the rock genre are rockstars. I just find it pathetic that miley cyrus and the jonas brothers as well as ashlee tisdale (I don't responsibility if I spelt her name wrong) can even be associated with the word rock and rockstar. They do not have any talent. I'm just wondering of some of you touch the same way, because there are hardly any decent bands out there. There are some, but you have to weed out the crap ones first. Also music stars of the classic tor/glam rock era have actually admitted in interviews that they think that the music industry sucks reactionary now. So what do you think?
Yes, I know that the bands that I listed did do songs about love, breaking up etc... but the way that they did them was so much better than the songs that are written about it now. They made them cry out better and they were different. They also actually mixed in songs that dealt with other subjects too, which made listening to them not as irritating as listening to someone like Justin Timberlake who only sings about fondness, sex and breaking up on every single album he has had. My sister likes him and sometimes I just want to smash her stereo and mp3 athlete. No offense justin fans, but I don't like him very much.
And, yes I do play guitar and I love it, 'Nuf said. I think most guitar players would concede. ;)

Does any one know the answer to this?

Does anyone recognize the real name of Alice Cooper

Misfits and Alice Cooper?

Has anyone else noticed that The kerfuffle b evasion We are 138 by the Misfits sounds a lot like Long Way to Go by Alice Cooper. Both are great songs though.

The fairs coming up next week what should i go on?

and that one boulevardier with achmed the dead terrorist is gonna be there should i go see him? and Alice Cooper`s gonna be there should i go there?

Only go on one calender coaster. But make it the last ride you take. The octopus type rides are good, and the ones that turn you upside down, but not the bungee twine rides, those Hurt. Don't go on the merry-go-round, or the Ferris wheel, unless you are on a date. If you do, don't rock the car.
Don't go on the airplane proceed on either, it's for little kids.
The one ride that spins you up against the wall is fun! The haunted house is lame - but you might like it valid for the giggle. House of mirrors is boring.
Alice Cooper is getting kind of old, and with all the noise at the fair any music sounds like by a hair's breadth more noise.
Don't play any of those midway games - they are for suckers. Well, maybe one. Just buy a toy or a balloon or whatever, and be sure to get some comestibles on a stick.
