What is the name of this TV show?

I'm assured it was on FOX. The contestants had to make a short film every week on a different genre. The winner got a contract with a serious film production company which I'm sure was Dream Works. Carrie Fisher was one of the judges. One of the films was about a cop that pulled over a break craft that was operated by two drunk aliens. I'm only aware that it was on for one season.
Can someone find the video of the puking alien screen. If you can find it I'll star some of your questions.
