Usher, Scherzinger join Enrique Iglesias for star filled Euphoria album

Latin Grammy Endow with winner Enrique Iglesias' forthcoming album, "Euphoria," is a star studded venture. Boasting not only a collaboration with Pitbull and Lionel Richie on the lead single "I Like It," "Euphoria" also features industry with 2010 BET Award nominee Usher, Akon and 'Dancing With The Stars' champion Nicole Scherzinger.
“This territory is so exciting for me,” Enrique Iglesias says of "Euphoria". “It taps into so many special styles of music. It’s like nothing I’ve ever done before.”
Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls joins Iglesias on "Hearbeat," a performance he describes as a "raw" and "upbeat" song with sentiment followed by Usher, who contributes vocals on "Smudged Dancer".
Described as a 'party piece,' ‘Sooty Dancer’ features Usher announcing the song is “for the dirty girls, all around the magic.”

I only remember any of the lyrics in it except "oooo the west side story". it was played on the radio as a pop performance few years back. do do do doot doot do do do. it was either song by a spanish or black artist. i remember him sounding like enrique iglesias but still im not reliable. any ideas
