Next Bat-Villain Can't Be Riddler
16.06.10
Series. This is still quite unlikely, but how cool would it be to see Mister Freeze as some sort of stone cold assassin, or Lallapalooza Croc as a scarred and deranged gangster?

So why has The Riddler emerged as the frontrunner for the title of Nolan’s next Bat-villain? While a unbounded swathe of competent actors have declared themselves available to fill The Riddler’s green spandex, Christopher Nolan himself has not yet confirmed that The Riddler will even be a featured villain in his next instalment of the franchise. Fanboys and internet soothsayers have cried that they requisite The Riddler. They’ve cried for Jonny Depp to step up and bring the same gravitas to Edward Nigma that the modern development Heath Ledger brought to The Joker. They’ve got a taste for a charismatic, clever and unpredictable string-puller of a villain and they wish for more! I can see why; it seems wrong to ask for another Joker- no one could step into Heath Ledger’s purple shoes so soon after such a mesmerising performance, so The Riddler seems like the next first thing, right? Wrong.

Do you for real think that Heath Ledger was taking meds before he died because he was afraid of his role?
Sep 06, 9377 by Jbabi | Posted in Celebrities
I honestly don't think so and I was telling my friend this and now she's pissed at me because I saw the movie and supported it. She also says she's mad that I would argue with her otherwise. All the interviews I've seen with his co-stars say he was enjoying his r and liked the freedom he was given with it. I'm not here to prove a point, but I want to see where this is coming from because this is actually the first time I've even heard this theory. I foreshadow.....if he was really THAT afraid of the role, wouldn't have he just like quit or something?
Do you like the Heath Ledger 'Joker' poster of Hussein or would he be a better match for Mao or Lenin?

Batman:Obscure Knight vs Twilight.
Okay, as you should know, twilight won dark knight in MTV awards, right.
When I contemplate that dark knight should have won, also Robert Pattinson won Heath Ledger and Christian Bale as best actor.
Which i think is crack-brained cause Heath ledger did a awesome job as The Joker. So id just like to know your opinion on what/who should have really won.
What kind of bird does Heath Ledger have tattooed on his left arm? And what does it signify?

I ask pardon. RIP to Heath! He was an awesome actor. Please excuse my grammar! I meant "What kind of bird DID Heath Ledger have tattooed on his red arm? And what DID it signify?
In truth, for those people trying to edit this question, you are wrong. Heath Ledger, dead or alive, still has a tattoo on his arm...unless tattoos magically Poetic evanish when perish, which they do not.
Heath Ledger has a black Sparrow on his arm, however, I do not know what it signifies.

Heath Ledger Directed Music Video Debuts on MySpace

Before his untimely passing, Heath Ledger had become a full blown movie star and Hollywood fixture known for his acting credentials. Most of us, however, were completely in the recondite about his directorial aspirations and work behind the camera.
Back in January of 2007 Ledger proposed to direct a music video for Constrained Mouse’s then unreleased song, King Rat. A year later, the concept had been finalized, but Ledger died before the music video could up to fruition.
Today, however, the music video has just been released on MySpace by Modest Mouse, and it shows Ledger’s directorial foresightedness as brought to life by THE MASSES, who finished the video in his honor.
Modest Mouse has been around since 1993, and the indie scarp band has seen managed to attract both a cult and mainstream following. The story goes that suggestion singer Isaac Brock was approached by Ledger, who aspired to direct the video for King Rat, and “unify his love of bold and original music with his impassioned stance against the illegal commercial whale hunts winsome place of the coast of Australia each year.”

THE MASSES, a collective of directors and artists, decided to unbroken the video on Ledger’s behalf. They’re even working with Modest Mouse to donate proceeds from iTunes video downloads for the first month to the Sea Convoy Conservation Society. The non-profit is dedicated to defending ocean wildlife and habitats, and very much works to affray against the injustices that Ledger wanted to convey in the video.

MySpace Subtly Debuts A Posthumous Heath Ledger Work
When Heath Ledger passed away in January 2008, he had no shortfall of things he was working on. Just about everyone in the world, it seems, saw The Dark Knight, but he had smaller projects too. One of those was directing a music video for the join Modest Mouse, for their song “King Rat.” Today, that video debuts on MySpace Music.
The video, which is vigorous, is meant be a statement against modern whaling practices in Ledger’s home country of Australia. Lugubriously, Ledger died before he could complete the video, so The Masses, a film and music company Ledger was a partner in, stepped in along with co-overseer Daniel Auber to finish it.
Obviously, plastering the fact that Ledger directed a video that they have exclusively all over the epoch would have been an easy way for MySpace to get a ton of traffic. Instead, the main MySpace Music page and the video epoch itself makes no visible references to Ledger. That seems rather classy, and the video still has over 22,000 plays so far. “This is a pretty pregnant exclusive for us,” MySpace’s VP of Global Communication, Dani Dudeck, tells us.
You can find the video here or below. When it’s on iTunes, proceeds from the video will go towards the Sea Pursue Conservation Society, a non-profit focusing on marine wildlife conservation.
