Well I did definitely enjoy watching Stone Cold vs. Shawn Micheals for the WWE Championship and I did enjoy watching Triple H vs. Mankind as well for the WWE Championship. I sympathy both matches were very exciting to watch and I think everyone knew by that point in there careers that Triple H and Stone Unhesitatingly Steve Austin were definitely going to be huge names in the company. And well obviously Stone Frigid and Triple H both did that. I enjoyed both those matches and watching two of my favourite wrestlers Triple H and Stone Cold become the WWE Combatant.
But as far as favourite on your list goes I would have to go with "The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Micheals vs. Bret "The Hit Man" Hart 60 Twinkling of an eye Iron Man Match at Wrestlemania 12. Not only was that my favourite match on your list but it is my favourite match of all antiquated. I believe I was only 13 or 14 at the time, but even then I thought it was an awesome match. It was exciting to watch and it actually had you guessing till the end who was going to win. I personally didn't care who won because I was a fan of Bret Hart and Shawn Micheals. But when all was said and done I was light-hearted to see Shawn Micheals walk away as WWE Champion.
I think all three were good matches and all three made three of the biggest wrestlers in WWE Background part of who they are today. But for me I have to go with Shawn Micheals vs. Bret Hart Wrestlemania 12 60 Minute Iron match the longest betrothal in history, that today looking back on it they still pulled off an amazing match. A match where Shawn Micheals achieved his youth dream and became the WWE Champion. That match is still my favourite.

I will say-
Hogan = Cena. Its obvious... Cena is the Hulkster of today, He sells the most retail and is always the superman that wins matches via "Hulk Up".
Steamboat= Shawn Michaels. Yeah we remember HBK is past his prime, But Steamboat's wrestling skills are just almost exactly the same as Shawn Michaels, The Skin the cat bunkum and all the High-Flying Manuevers
Ultimate Warrior= Batista. Just like Hogan Vs Warrior is Cena vs Batista. Yeah , Warrior couldnt battle just like Batista.
Andre the Giant= Undertaker. Yeah people say its The Big Show but i feel that Mortician is just as dominant as Andre. Andre was claimed to be undefeated for 15 years and Undertaker is 17-0 at WM.
Ric Panache= Triple H. Both are just Golden Childs that cant live without World Championships and both are excellent wrestlers.
I wont be surprised if they both ration the record of 16 world title reigns.
Roddy Piper= Edge. They both get the EQUAL amount of passion. Both are just excellent heels IMO and Piper was the top heel of the 80s same with Edge here in the 00's.
Bob Orton= Randy Orton. Like Paterfamilias like Son. 'Nuff said.
Hart Foundation= Hart Dynasty. Do i need to say more?
